Steve specializes in preparing companies for resale and expertly navigating them to market. With an MBA and CMA designation, he has a robust background in financial consulting, financial analysis, and portfolio management. Known for his warm personality and genuine approach, Steve is highly regarded within the home care industry, fostering strong relationships built on trust and integrity.

With a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Roz has consistently demonstrated the ability to negotiate and secure multi-million-dollar contracts. Roz is dedicated to driving success in the home health sector, particularly in merger and acquisition initiatives.
